Shipping Terms and Conditions
Domestic: All shipments are created using a program that compares all rates and timeframes in order to guarantee fair shipping rates for our customers and their satisfaction. Included in our set shipping prices are the cost of packaging and box cost. Once the package leaves Pops N Son HQ and is received by the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for delays, missing tracking information, or any other shipping concern. Please contact the carrier via your shipping confirmation email. Anything that is worth more than $100 will receive the proper insurance through the shipping carrier. While we are more than happy to ship to PO boxes, keep in mind we may reach out if a shipment needs to be shipped via a different carrier than USPS to get a physical address.
INTL: In order to create fair shipping prices for customers located outside of the United States, we have partnered with Pirate Ship to take advantage of their Simple Export Rate services. All orders over the weight of 4 pounds may be shipped in multiple packages and charged for that accordingly. Inventory and bundles may be broken up into several packages to maintain the 4 pound maximum for Simple Export Rate shipments including cases of Funko Soda Vinyls, and Funko Pop!s. Currently we are unable to ship Loungefly internationally and will announce if this status ever changes. We advise that any shipments over the 4 pound weight limit may arrive in different time frames and have multiple tracking numbers. Once the package leaves Pops N Son HQ and is received by the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for delays, missing tracking information, or any other shipping concern.
